Tom Meadowcroft says that the key to a quality Cabernet Sauvignon begins in the vineyard with careful and patient farming. He calls this type of viticulture “four wheel drive farming” as opposed to a more lax “two wheel drive” approaches. The 2022 vintage saw longer fruit hang times/extra maturity and fruit development.
