Made with two different Savagnins from their vineyards in Chateau-Chalon, one aged "sous voile" (under the veil) and the other topped off in barrels, this Jura wine is a killer. Beautiful nutty notes with structured depth with a savory edge. Pairs well with cheddar and gruyere.
