Caccia al Piano Bolgheri Superiore 2018

This Bolgheri Rosso Superiore by Caccia al Piano (Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Cabernet Franc 30% )is a red wine of great balance and elegance, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the single San Biagio vineyard, considered the most important cru of the estate.

Aged for at least 2 years in wooden barrels, it reveals a refined, clean, silky and harmonious body, with sweet tannins and a complex bouquet of Mediterranean scrub, berries, violets, sweet spices and toasted hints.
