The harvest began on September 19th. A severe cold snap in February and then many climatic hazards in spring left us expect the worst… Fortunately, from mid-July until the harvest, we experienced some beautiful summer weather. The Chardonnays benefited greatly from this and and proved to be of a rare quality. Our “HARMONIE 2012” is beautifully fruity, gourmand and fresh.
