From Black to White Il Bianco 2019

The Zymè’s “Il Bianco From Black to White” is made with 60% Rondinella Bianca, 15% Gold Traminer, 15% Kerner, 10% Incrocio Manzoni. The name is related to a natural genetic mutation suffered by the Rondinella lives that has gone from being a red grapes to be a white grapes. Celestino Gaspari, owner and oenologist of the Zymé winery, decided to make his own wine after have been working for Giuseppe Quintarelli for 10 years. Il Bianco From Black to White is a wine that he likes to describe as: the wine that never was.
