We offer same-day shipping, or within 24 hours, for wines that are in stock. We offer FREE hand delivery in Wynwood, Edgewater, Miami Design District, and Midtown for purchases made before 12pm for wines that are in stock.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine/sake. By placing your order you have represented to Brix SommCulture that you are at least 21 years old.

Signature Policy
To ensure your wine/sake/beer/tea is delivered on the first attempt we strongly recommend you use an address where there is a person of 21 years of age available to sign for your package. By law wine cannot be left without a signature from a person of 21 years of age. We cannot refund any shipping charges (if applicable) for a shipment returned to us because of no adult available for signature. We cannot ship to a APOs, FPOs or P.O. boxes. and a package will not be delivered to a person who is considered intoxicated by the driver.

Brix SommCulture may hold a wine shipment during extremely hot weather to protect the quality of items purchased. These occurrences are most likely during summer months in Florida. When we temporarily hold your shipment, we’ll notify you by email.

Title and Ownership
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Brix SommCulture to the purchaser in the State of Florida and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from Florida to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine via common carrier, Brix SommCulture is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. You will be billed for this service. By utilizing this service from Brix SommCulture, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

Title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages passes from Brix SommCulture to you in Florida, the state in which the sale occurs, and you take all responsibility for the product being transported from Florida, the state of sale, to your selected destination. You may pick up the product at the our location in Miami or make independent delivery arrangements. Florida sales tax will be applied in all cases except where a permit issued by the state of ultimate delivery authorizes the collection of sales tax in that jurisdiction. Brix SommCulture will not make any representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver any alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. You warrant that you are solely responsible for the transport of the purchased products and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of bringing the products to your chosen destination.

In addition to that, we make no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. You are responsible for compliance with all laws regarding such shipments. By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, and as stated before, Brix SommCulture is providing a service to, and acting as your agent.
