Brix SommCulture is the spot to buy wine online and get it delivered straight to your doorstep. We carefully pick out delicious wines from small and medium-sized producers, offering great value for your money. These wines are crafted with care and dedication from around the world. We´re not about those boring old wines you´ve had a million times before – we want your taste buds to experience new sensations and discover exciting flavors.

How does we select the wines we sell?
Taste, study, travel, taste, study, travel… Every wine at Brix SommCulture has been sampled by Brian, our team and selected because we believe it´s worth getting acquainted with.

How can I find out about events/tastings or make reservations at Brix?
You can sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications about tastings, events, and new wines before anyone else, or you can visit the Wine Bar > Events & Tastings section or make reservations in the Wine Bar > Reservations section on our website.

What are the benefits of signing up for a Brix SommCulture account?
Members can keep tabs on their order history to remember the wines they dig, create wish lists for future purchases, save payment info for speedy checkout, and snag exclusive offers and promotions that aren´t posted on the site.

Why can’t I redeem my promo code?
The promo code you´re trying to use might have expired or be invalid. Double-check to ensure it´s spelled correctly. If all else fails, drop us an email at hello@brixsommculture.com.

How can I cancel my order?

Where can I find the status of my order?
If you have a Brix SommCulture account, you can keep tabs on your order by visiting your order history page.

Don´t have a Brix SommCulture account? No worries! You will receive an email each time your order status changes, if not, shoot us an email at hello@brixsommculture.com, and we´ll give you the lowdown on where it´s at.

Store Pickup
Our Schedule a Pickup option at checkout allows you to schedule a date and time to collect your order when convenient for you. If you prefer curbside pickup, simply add a note to your order when checking our text us when you arrive to collect your order and we´ll bring it out to you, please pick up your order from the back door that opens to the alley.
We will hold your order for no longer than 14 days after the scheduled pickup date.

What if I’m not going to be home to receive my order?
A person of 21 years of age must be present to accept delivery. Shipping carriers will attempt to deliver three times, then will be returned to our warehouse and you can schedule a store pickup or pay delivery rate again.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you have a Brix SommCulture account, you may change your shipping address in your settings. If you’ve already placed the order, it’s best to email us at hello@brixsommculture.com and we’ll make sure that it gets to the right address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Can you hold my order?
Yes! We are happy to hold orders during seasonal weather extremes at no additional cost until temperatures are more moderate to ship. Please indicate your preferences at checkout or email us at hello@brixsommculture.com to coordinate your future shipment.

How can I return or change my order?
Brix SommCulture is happy to accept returns of unopened wine up to 30 days after the date of sale. Original sales receipt is required.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your request. Please allow 1-4 business days for refund to be reflected in your account.

Does Brix SommCulture have physical gift cards available?
Brix SommCulture exclusively offers digital gift cards. This helps reduce material and processing waste. If you prefer to personally deliver the gift card, you can have it emailed to yourself and then print it out.
